Editorial Planning

 

I have extensive experience directing a marketing/editorial calendar, including product launch cadence, retention marketing strategy, influencer strategy, organic social strategy, and promotional offers to increase customer acquisition, sales, and retention rates.

I directed TAFT’s most successful launch-to-date, selling out of 2 of the 4 colorways within the first 2 weeks of launch at full price ($295-$375), with an increase in total sales (+22%), store sessions (+11%), conversion rate (+3%), total orders (+5%), AOV (+6%), Returning Customer Rate (+8%), Units ordered (+6%), and a decrease in return rate (34%) period over period.

Project Management

 

I can oversee promotions, collaborations, partnerships, launches, and other brand projects and contracts from ideation to completion, including managing deadlines, tracking tasks, creative direction, editing, and messaging. I’m very familiar with managing task management platforms including Clickup and Asana.

Creative Direction

 

I can support social channels through successful rollout strategies, compelling overarching messaging, graphic direction, and influencer marketing strategies.

We saw a 104% Black Friday revenue growth year over year at Lou Lou and Company after implementing new cross-channel strategy, content, and messaging.

Ecommerce

 

I have years of experience managing an e-commerce website, including creating and managing the homepage design, mega navigation, landing pages, PDPs, themes, collections, markdowns, website and app glitches, CRO, and A/B testing. I am familiar with Shopify Plus and several Shopify apps and can fully manage developers and CRO teams.

I successfully met KPIs of site conversion rate, Meta and Google ROAS, and AOV at TAFT immediately after an acquisition.

Email Marketing

 

I’ve written, outlined, directed, and proofed email campaigns and automated email templates and designs with unique content strategies, focusing on healthy list growth, A/B testing and segmentation, and re-engagement. I’m familiar with popular email platforms including Klaviyo.

I drove a 173% increase in email revenue within 6 months of applying strategy, relevant content, and branded design at Lou Lou and Company. I have managed Retention Marketing strategies at several brands that drive an average of 40-50% of total revenue.

SMS Marketing

 

I have launched new SMS channels to become a top revenue channel, while successfully scaling a list of subscribers, integrating SMS strategy into the overall marketing plan, and executing campaigns. I’m familiar with platforms including Attentive and SMS Bump.

Creative Copywrite

 

With a foundation and 12 years of experience in writing and creative copywriting, I can create an engaging voice and brand copy that truly speaks to your audience and converts. I have extensive experience with editing, product copy, website copy, packaging/insert copy, blog content, and social voice. Creative copywriting is my passion.

I have ghost-authored a book pitch/proposal which was published.

Content Marketing

 

I have years of experience directing content that defines brand values, uniquely showcases products, and increases audience engagement, including organic social strategy, email campaign (newsletter) and automated email strategy, blog content, paid media content, and video scripts.

I created new Instagram content at DockATot that established an emotional connection and increased engagement to upwards of nearly 11k likes (a 2,100% increase).

Collaborations

 

I’m passionate about establishing ongoing or campaign-focused relationships (affiliate, influencer, press, brand) and arranging successful and creative content and product collaborations with on-brand media and brand partners. I have managed many press, PR, paid media, website developers, and SEO agencies.

I’ve personally liaisoned with brands such as Doen, Parachute, Lunya, Alaska Air, Serena and Lily, Mirth, Maisonette, Stokke, The Citizenry, Artifact Uprising, Smallable, Babylist, Ban.do, Herbivore, beek, and many more.

Art Direction

 

I collaboratively work with in-house or contracted graphic designers to direct design across all brand channels, and work closely with the Art Director on identifying photography needs, desired assets, and deadlines.
