Marketing Strategy & Execution

 

I have increased customer acquisition, sales, and retention rates by directing and executing a marketing/editorial calendar, including product launch cadence, email & SMS strategy, influencer strategy, organic social strategy, and promotional offers.

I directed TAFT’s most successful launch-to-date, selling out of 2 of the 4 colorways within the first 2 weeks of launch at full price ($295-$375), with an increase in total sales (+22%), store sessions (+11%), conversion rate (+3%), total orders (+5%), AOV (+6%), Returning Customer Rate (+8%), Units ordered (+6%), and a decrease in return rate (34%) period over period.

Project Management

 

I have smoothly executed promotions, collaborations, partnerships, launches, and other brand projects and contracts from ideation to completion by managing deadlines, tracking tasks, collaborating on creative direction, and owning messaging and editing.

Established & managed task management platforms and processes, including Clickup and Asana, at multiple brands.

Creative Direction

 

I collaboratively work with in-house or contracted graphic designers to direct design across all brand channels, identifying photography needs, desired assets, and deadlines.

Saw a 104% Black Friday revenue growth year over year at Lou Lou and Company after implementing new cross-channel creative strategy, content, and messaging.

Ecommerce (Shopify Plus) Management

 

I manage e-commerce websites on Shopify Plus, including strategically directing and managing homepage design, menu & navigation, landing pages, PDPs, themes, collections, markdowns, website and app glitches, CRO, and A/B testing for performance and conversion. I fully manage developers and CRO teams.

Within 1 year of an acquisition, successfully met KPIs of site conversion rate, Meta and Google ROAS, and increasing AOV year/year at TAFT while maintaining profitability.

Email & SMS Strategy

 

I can both directly manage and direct email campaigns and automations with unique content strategies, focusing on healthy list growth, A/B testing and segmentation, and re-engagement. I have 8 years of experience with Klaviyo.

Drove a 173% increase in email revenue within 6 months of applying strategy, relevant content, and branded design at Lou Lou and Company.

Creative Copywrite & Storytelling

 

With a foundation and 12 years of experience in writing and creative copywriting, I create an engaging voice and brand copy that genuinely speaks to audiences and converts. I edit, write product copy, website copy, packaging/insert copy, blog content, and define social voice that performs.

Ghost-authored a book pitch/proposal for Caitlin Wilson Design, which was published.

Content Direction

 

I bring 8 years of experience directing content that defines brand values, uniquely showcases products, and increases audience engagement, including organic social content strategy, blog content, paid media content, and video scripts. View content portfolio here.

Created new Instagram content at DockATot that established an emotional connection and increased engagement to upwards of nearly 11k likes (a 2,100% increase).

I establish ongoing and campaign-focused relationships (affiliate, influencer, press, brand) and arrange successful content and product collaborations with on-brand media and brand partners. I have managed many press, PR, paid media, website developers, and SEO agencies.
